Huang, I-Chen

Professor Huang teaches cello, piano, chamber music, and ear training. She won second prize at the UFAM International Chamber Music Competition (Paris) in 2007, second prize at the Kaohsiung Regional Cello Competition (Taiwan), second prize at the Kaohsiung Regional Junior Piano Competition (Taiwan), and first prize at the National Junior Composition Competition (Taiwan). She received the Diplôme Supérieur from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris where she studied with Marcel Bardon. She also holds an M.M. and B.M. from L’Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris where she studied cello education, cello performance, and chamber music. She also studied at Tainan National University of the Arts (Taiwan). She joined the faculty at Fei Tian College in 2011 and is also a cellist with Shen Yun Symphony Orchestra.
